Director (Procurement) Qualifications and Experience Needed in University of Uyo Job Recruitment 2018/2019

The right Candidate for the job must possess:

• A good Master’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply/Business Administration/Statistics/Financial Studies/Law/Computer Sciences/Accounting/ Economics/Engineering/Architecture/Technology/ Marketing/Insurance/Quantity Survey/ Entrepreneurship and Capital Market and other relevant disciplines;
• At least twenty-one (21) years cognate experience; and 15 years post-qualification professional cognate experience and must have spent at least five (5) years on the post of Deputy Director (Procurement)
• Ability to perform within the University System; iv)
• A good and practical knowledge of Computer application.

 

Director of Works Qualifications and Experience Needed in University of Uyo Job Recruitment 2018/2019

The right Candidate for the job must possess:

• At least a good Bachelor’s degree not below Second Class Honours Lower Division in any field of Engineering from a recognized institution;
• Evidence of registration with COREN;
• Ability to perform within the University System;
• At least 20 years post qualification cognate experience, most of which preferably should be in engineering servIces relevant to a University Works Department;
• Ability to give direction to the complementary functions of the entire arms of the Works Department;
• A good and practical knowledge of Computer applications.

Deputy Director (Procurement) Qualifications and Experience Needed in University of Uyo Job Recruitment 2018/2019

The right Candidate for the job must possess:

• A good Master’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply/Business Administration/Statistics/Financial Studies/Law/Computer Sciences/Accounting/ Economics/Engineering/ Architecture/ Technology/Marketing/ Insurance/ Quantity Survey and other relevant disciplines;
• At least seventeen (17) years cognate experience; and 10 years post-qualification professional cognate experience;
• At least 3 years on the post of Chief Procurement Officer;
• A good practical knowledge of Computer.

• A good Degree/HND in Purchasing and Supply/Business Administration/Statistics/Financial Studies/Law/Computer Sciences/ Accounting/Economics/Engineering/Architecture/Technology/Marketing/Insurance/Quantity Survey and other relevant disciplines;
• At least six (6) years cognate experience.

Conditions of Service for all positions

• The Conditions attached to the position are as generally applicable in the Nigerian University System, the Public Service of Nigeria and as may, from time to time, be determined by the University Governing Council.
• The appointment shall be on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the letter of appointment.

Salary

CONTISS 15: N4,058,262.00 – N5,316,520.00 per annum.
